MRV’s construction practice uses aggressive and innovative methods in representing its clients. Representative cases have included architect and engineering malpractice, construction site accidents, construction defects, contract disputes, contract drafting, insurance coverage disputes, OSHA investigations and citation proceedings, property damage claims, mechanic’s lien disputes, building envelope litigation, and road and bridge construction.
Our clients are comprised of owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, construction managers, surveyors, and sub-contractors of varying disciplines in both commercial and residential settings. We provide and evaluate safety programs, operating procedures and site audit review. To protect our clients and recover insurance coverage when litigation arises, we provide contract drafting and revision services. We further consult clients in tendering the defense based upon the contractual provisions and allegations that are the subject of the litigation.
